How Does The Camera Work Represent Age?

the first shot they have used is a dolly shot this is to show the tools of labour, this is followed by an over the sholder shot which paans across the yard to establish the location they are in.
Also a meduim shot is used to show the girls costume. A close up dolly shot is used to show the girl sitting in the truck showing the confusion on her face because she dosent know how t drive straight after this we see a wide shot to again establish the location and to see the damage that was caused from the crash, young and old litterally have a collision.
The next shot is a pan and a tilt this emphasises the height difference between the boy and the man follwoing the narrative reprrsenting age we also see this in the next shot  which is a two shot showing the girl cowering behind the women who is protecting her.
The camera is down at amys level letting the audience see things from her point of view this also makes the man look lager than her establishing the authority he has over her,

how does the monarch of the glen construct the representation of age?

The starting scene is of  a group of men loading tools onto a truck this connotates it a mans work and not for children because they are tools of hard labour. the costume the adults wear is work wear but its smart wear such as caps and barbour jackets however the younger people wear casual clothes such as jumpers and jeans this also shows the age difference.
The next scene is of the girl in the truck and she is unaware of how to drive bulding a reputation that she is younger than she said. Then she crashes the car and instantly her body language changes to a child like form cowering behind the man. The teacher who she crashes into his costume is agen smartly dressed not formal but casual with a tweed blazer casual shirt but he also has a beard and grey hair showing he's age.
the setting is in a scottish country side. the castle is old with oak panelling which connotates its for adults because yong people wouldnt been linked to it also there is brandy left out in the room the two man are talking in which also is a connotation that it is an adults room because young people wouldnt be related to brandy.
When the man confronts the girl she runs away which also is childish like a tantrum and running away shouting ' i hate you'.
